By placing a commission with me, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms below. If you have any questions about any of them, please contact me before placing your order.
PAYMENT⋆ Payment is made after the sketch has been approved, via Paypal, Vgen or Ko-fi.
⋆ Payment must be made within the agreed period after the sketch has been approved.
⋆ I will not begin the painting stage until payment has been confirmed.
⋆ Once the commission has been approved and paid for, there will be no refunds
⋆ The commission price may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the additional options requested.
DEADLINE⋆ The delivery time is 5 to 25 days.
⋆ The deadline may be extended if there is a delay in sending references, replies, or approvals on the client's part.
COPYRIGHT⋆ Copyright remains with the artist.
⋆ The commission does not transfer copyright to the client.
⋆ I may use the finished artwork for my portfolio and promotion, unless a prior confidentiality agreement has been made.
⋆ Commercial use requires payment of the corresponding fee.
CHARACTERS & ADD-ONS⋆ The first character is charged at the full commission price.
⋆ The second and third characters have an additional charge of 60% of the commission's base price each.
⋆ Commercial use: +50% of the commission price.
⋆ Additional elements that require extra work may have an additional 10% cost, such as:- Animals
- Very specific or detailed objects
- Vehicles
- Complex accessoriesOther elements that significantly increase the complexity of the illustration
PROCESS & REVISIONSDuring the sketch stage, revisions are unlimited. You may request changes until the sketch matches what was agreed upon.After the sketch has been approved and painting has begun, significant changes may result in an additional fee of at least 30% of the commission price.Changes requested after the painting may not be possible depending on the nature of the change. For this reason, I recommend carefully checking the sketch before approving it.
